Register for Q/A Session

Allow EMC staff to login to your account for resolving technical support requests


Passport now provides the option for teachers and students to allow members of the Customer Support team (or other Carnegie Learning/EMC staff) to log into your Passport account to assist in resolving technical support issues.

To enable this functionality, click your profile icon in the top right, and go to Edit Profile

Option to Edit Profile within Passport

Then check the “Allow EMC staff to login to your account for resolving technical support requests” box to grant this permission. Click the “Update User Settings” button to save the settings.
